Fractional CMO. AI-native operating stack.

I help growth-stage SMBs grow faster by combining systems-first marketing leadership with an AI-native way of working — building reusable agents and workflows that compound over time.

AI-native, in practice

A team of 2–3 working as 5+

I run lean. Most of my engagements operate with two to three people doing the work of a much bigger marketing team — because AI agents and workflows do the rest.

A team of reusable AI agents

Every engagement leaves behind reusable AI agents and workflows the company can keep running. The team gets faster every quarter, not just while I’m there.

Human judgment for what matters

AI handles volume, drafting, research, and repetitive analysis. People stay in the loop on positioning, brand, and the calls that need taste and judgment.

How I work

The shape of an engagement

Embedded with the CEO/owner. I work as part of the leadership team, not an outside vendor. Year-plus engagements are the norm.

Growth model first. Before tactics, we get clear on the funnel, unit economics, and the few inputs that actually move the business.

AI-native execution. We build the working stack — agents for SDR, content, research, and ops — alongside the human team.

Fractional clients to date

Enzzo — built an AI SDR driving a top-of-funnel growth engine.

Tiller — built an agent that produced a 25-page Resource Center and reorganized a 300+ page site.

Tangelo

(Both Enzzo and Tiller projects produced reusable assets the teams continue to operate.)

How I think

Systems over tactics

Channels and campaigns matter, but the growth model is the thing. I anchor every decision in funnel math, unit economics, and the loops that compound.

Build for leverage

Every workflow, agent, and asset should keep paying off after it’s built. The goal isn’t more output — it’s higher leverage per person.

Draw insights from data to tell you what’s working

Most growth orgs are over-reporting and under-learning. I run a tighter experimentation loop and use the data to surface what’s actually moving the business.

Operator pace

I work like an operator, not a consultant. Weekly cadence, real ownership, decisions made in days not quarters.

Background

25+ years building and scaling consumer tech, healthcare marketplaces, community businesses, and SaaS. Earlier in my career I led growth and product work at Microsoft and Marco Polo, and was co-founder/CEO of SeniorHomes.com — a senior living marketplace I built and sold. MBA from Wharton.

I’ve spent the last few years going deep on the AI-native operating model: how a small team plus the right agent stack can outperform a much larger one, and what that means for how marketing leadership actually works.
